Autumn Equinox Session

Join this annual Autumn Equinox session at the WME studio and where we will honour the cycles of Earth and the Sun. During the session we will take time to reflect on the past season, find gratitude in life's abundance and prepare for the withdrawal into the winter months.

• Embrace the equinox energy, finding the balance with the duality of light and darkness

• Work with Carnelian, a warm, earthy energy that gently supports the transition to the more introspective months of the year, and Smoky Lemurian Quartz, a crystal whose mythology is deeply connected with the ancient lands of Lemuria, or Mu.

• Align with Earth's energy through sound and visualisation.

  
  

We will work with a combination of plants, crystals and sound to celebrate and align with this cycle of Earth. This experience will nurture transformation, balance and abundance to help you navigate the equinox with intention and gratitude.
